Terms of Use (EULA)

Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement ("EULA"). Read Apple's standard EULA. These terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, Apple's standard EULA.

Unresolved Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone's Settings under your name → Subscriptions.

An active Premium subscription unlocks the case file content in the app. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and are set by Apple in your local currency.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address so we can send you account confirmations and password resets.

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial reading. You may not resell, redistribute or systematically copy the app's content, attempt to breach its security, or interfere with other users' access.

The cases, illustrations and other content in the app are provided for entertainment and are owned by us or our licensors. Some cases are based on real events; names, details and dramatisation are presented for storytelling purposes.

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in the app under Account → Delete account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Cancelling your Apple subscription does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
