Privacy Policy

• Account details: your email address, a user ID we assign to your account, and your password. Passwords are stored encrypted and are never visible to us.
• Saved cases: the cases you add to your wishlist.
• Device ID for votes: a random identifier created by the app, used only to record your answer to each case's verdict poll. It is not linked to your name or email.
• Purchases: your subscription status and Apple transaction reference, so we can unlock case files.

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple's App Store. We never receive or store your card or payment details.

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To save your wishlist and unlock content you are subscribed to.
• To show combined, anonymous poll results to all readers.
• To send account emails such as sign-up confirmation and password resets.

We do not sell your personal information, show third-party ads, or use advertising trackers.

We use trusted providers to host our servers and send account emails. They process data only on our behalf and only to run the app.

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account → Delete account. This immediately and permanently removes your account, email, user ID, saved cases and subscription record. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage that in your iPhone's Settings. You can also request deletion by emailing support@eblock6.com.

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
